As a repair analyst, you need to look for the best way to solve problems. That may sound easy, but the products we create are complex and challenging to diagnose and repair. And the problem descriptions are not always clearly defined. So, it is up to you to check its history, analyse, find out what’s wrong and get it working again. You also provide instructions that tell our testers what to look for specifically. And when you find something that is easy to fix, you do it yourself.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer returns
  • Translating analyses into actionable repair solutions
  • Undertaking administrative duties
  • Maintaining daily communication with support departments regarding quality and logistics-related concerns

This is what you bring to the team

This job involves working with complex technology, both electrical and mechanical. You need to be able to understand technical drawings, schedules, safety regulations and procedures. To do so, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in electronics, MBO+ or higher
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience dedicated to analyzing faulty products within the high-tech or medical sector
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings or schematics, leveraging them for product repairs
  • You can write, read and talk about technical topics well in both Dutch and English
  • A strong drive to excel within a two-shift service environment
